• The L-Histidine meets a strict internationally recognised pharmacopeia monograph and the formula is manufactured to the same rigorous quality standards required for listed medicines.
• L-Histidine is a nutritionally essential amino acid with a daily requirement for histidine of 8 to 12 mg/kg of body weight per day in adults.
• L-Histidine is obtained from the diet mainly from protein sources such as red meat, chicken and fish and from plants such as soybeans, kidney beans, peas and oats.
