Nyxoid is a nasal spray formulation of naloxone, designed for emergency use in cases of opioid overdose. Each pack contains:

• 2 single-dose nasal spray devices
• Each device delivers 1 actuation of 1.8mg naloxone hydrochloride

Nyxoid is available free of charge through the Take Home Naloxone Program in Australia. This program aims to increase access to naloxone for individuals at risk of opioid overdose, their friends, family, and the wider community.

Usage: Administer one spray into one nostril at the first sign of opioid overdose. Call emergency services immediately. A second dose may be given after 2-3 minutes if there's no response.
