    • Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a tonic and male aphrodisiac.
    • Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to increase menstrual flow.
    • Protodioscin is considered responsible for the plant’s effects on libido and sexual functioning.
    Dose

    Dose: MediHerb Tribulus Forte

    Adults: 1 tablet 1-3 times daily.

    Ingredients: MediHerb Tribulus Forte

    Each tablet of MediHerb Tribulus Forte contains:
    Tribulus terrestris (Tribulus) extract 245.5mg
    - standardised to contain furostanol saponins calc. as protodioscin 110 mg - derived from herb dry 13.5g
    Additional Therapy

    Additional Therapy: MediHerb Tribulus Forte

    • During times of stress combine with MediHerb Rhodiola & MediHerb Ginseng tablets or MediHerb Withania Complex tablet.
    • For menopausal symptoms combine with MediHerb Wild Yam Complex tablets.
    • To support the health and function of the reproductive system in women combine with MediHerb PCO Support tablets or MediHerb Chaste Tree tablets.
    • To help replenish zinc status in men consider MediHerb Zinc Protect tablets.

    Contraindications and Cautions

    Contraindications and Cautions: MediHerb Tribulus Forte

    • Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.
    • Steroidal saponin-containing herbs such as Tribulus are best kept to a minimum in patients with pre-existing cholestasis.
    • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
