Indications

Jamaican Dogwood Root and Californian Poppy are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:
- relieve mild neuralgia and pain of sciatica
- relieve pain associated with menstruation
- relieve sleeplesness
Jamaican Dogwood Root is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve muscular cramps and spasm
Dose and Administration

Adults: 2 tablets, twice daily
