- Calendula flower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as an antispasmodic and to relieve dysmenorrhoea
- Lady's mantle herb is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to improve and regulate menstrual flow
Dose and Administration

Adults: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily.

Warnings, Contraindications and Cautions

- Caution in pregnancy.
- Exercise caution in severe menorrhagia.
- Dong Quai may potentiate the effect of warfarin.
- Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
