Indications: MediHerb Chaste Tree

  • Relief of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is characterised by breast tenderness, abdominal bloating, swelling of fingers or ankles, mild anxiety and mild irritability.
  • Relief of the symptoms caused by irregularities of the menstrual cycle.

Each tablet contains:
Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) extract 1 mL
- derived from fruit dry 500 mg

Additional Therapy

Additional Therapy: MediHerb Chaste Tree

  • For menstrual pain combine with MediHerb Cramplex tablets.
  • For normal ovarian function combine with MediHerb PolyFem tablets, to support normal menstruation combine with MediHerb FibroFem tablets or to support normal healthy endometrial tissue combine with MediHerb EndoFem tablets.
  • To assist in supporting normal ovarian function consider MediHerb PCO Support tablets.
  • For premenstrual tension caused by magnesium deficiency consider MediHerb MediMag powder or tablets or MediHerb MediMag Calm powder.
  • For a source of essential fatty acids consider MediHerb Evening Primrose Oil capsules, Omega 3 Clean Essentials capsules or MediHerb EFA Essentials capsules.
  • For more mature women combine with MediHerb Wild Yam Complex tablets.
Dose and Administration

Dose and Administration: MediHerb Chaste Tree

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet 1-4 times daily.

Contraindications and Cautions

Contraindications and Cautions: MediHerb Chaste Tree

  • Chaste Tree may aggravate pure spasmodic dysmenorrhoea not associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
  • Use cautiously during pregnancy and only in the early stages.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
