Directions: Ethical Nutrients MEGAZORB Bone Builder with Vitamin D

Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9 g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately.

For calcium supplementation in children:

Children: 1-3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily.

Children 4-8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily.

Children 8-12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100 mL of room temperature water once daily.
