Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with each main meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Gluten-containing grains are used in the fermentation media used to produce the enzymes. All allergenic material is consumed during the fermentation process and the enzymes undergo further purification. The finished product is not tested for gluten, so we cannot rule out the possibility that traces of gluten may remain.
