    Take 2 capsules daily, 30-60 minutes before bed or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top flowering ext. dry conc. 100mg
    - from herb top flowering dry 2g
    Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 52.5mg
