Adults: Take 2 tablets 2-3 times daily.

Ingredients: MediHerb Valerian Complex

Each MediHerb Valerian Complex tablet contains:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract 140mg
derived from min. root & rhizome dry 700mg
stand. to contain Valerenic acids calculated as hydroxy/acetoxyvalerenic acid & valerenic acid 1.12mg
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) extract 90mg
derived from seed dry 900mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract 100mg
derived from herb dry 500mg
Excipients

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.
