Indications

Indications: MediHerb PulmaCo

  • For relief of symptoms associated with spasmodic conditions of the respiratory tract.
  • Traditionally used for the relief of cough.
Ingredients

Ingredients: MediHerb PulmaCo

Each tablet contains:
Curcuma longa (Turmeric) extract 40mg
- derived from rhizome dry 1g
- standardised to contain curcuminoids 38mg
Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo) extract 20mg
- derived from leaf dry 1g
- standardised to contain ginkgo flavonglycosides 4.9mg
Justicia adhatoda (Adhatoda) extract 150mg
- derived from leaf dry 750mg
Scutellaria baicalensis (Baical Skullcap) extract 1mL
- derived from root dry 500mg
Grindelia camporum (Grindelia) extract 600mcL
- derived from herb dry 300mg
Fennel Oil (Foeniculum vulgare) 5mg

  • For immune support use with MediHerb Echinacea Premium tablets.
  • For the symptomatic relief of upper respiratory tract infections add MediHerb Andrographis Complex tablets or MediHerb Sinus Forte tablets.
  • For allergic symptomatic relief consider MediHerb Albizia Complex tablets.
  • For the relief of cough and sore throat combine with MediHerb Andrographis Complex tablets.
  • For relief of sore and inflamed throat add MediHerb Herbal Throat Spray.
Dose and Administration

Dose and Administration: MediHerb PulmaCo

Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily.

Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet 1-2 times daily.

Contraindications and Cautions

Contraindications and Cautions: MediHerb PulmaCo

  • Contraindicated during pregnancy due to Adhatoda.
  • Caution in patients taking aspirin, warfarin, cilostazol, statin drugs, antipsychotics such as haloperidol, HIV non-nucleoside transcriptase inhibitors or anticonvulsants.
  • Reduce haloperidol if necessary in conjunction with prescribing physician.
  • Increasing the intake of vitamin B6 may be advisable for patients taking anticonvulsants.
  • No to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
