A herbal combination including Cascara and dandelion to help reduce the occurrence of constipation. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

• Increase bowel regularity
• Support healthy liver function
• Promote bile flow from the gall bladder
• No added artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors

Dosage

• 1 tablet daily at bedtime
• Increase dose to 1 tablet up to 3 times daily if required

Warnings

• Drink plenty of water
• Use in children under 12 years is not recommended
• Prescribe with caution during pregnancy and lactation
• Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present, or if diarrhea develops
