- Calcifediol only requires one reaction to convert to active vitamin D3.
Eagle Clinical Bio-D has No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds or artificial colours.

Adults: 1 tablet daily.
The maximum recommended daily dose of calcifediol is 10 micrograms.
