    Adults and children over 12 years:

    Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    Each BioMedica Rhodiola Complex vegetable capsule contains:
    Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola)
    - root extract dry concentrate (Rhodiolife) 121.5mg
    - from dry root minimum 486mg
    - stand. to rosavin 3.04mg
    - stand. to salidroside 2.43mg
    Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng)
    - root and rhizome extract dry concentrate 100mg
    - from dry root and rhizome minimum 1.3g
    - stand. to Eleutherosides B&E 0.8mg
    Withania somnifera (Withania) (Ashwagandha)
    - root extract dry concentrate 125mg
    - from dry root minimum 1.25g
    - standardised to withanolides 2.5mg
